Renting

Both public and private rentals are available in Vejle.

Public housing (boligforeninger) is rented out according to a waiting list, where you have to sign up. The different housing associations have different rents, apartments, and waiting times, so contact them for more information.

Private housing also is an option both through private associations and private landlords. These typically do not have a waiting list.

Buying

If you are planning to buy, this typically happens through real estate agents who can help you find a home suitable for your needs.

Building

You can find lots where you can build a house, if that is what you prefer.

The municipality website has a page with the lots for sale (in Danish with translation option) and information about what to do if you want to buy.
